SHABBAT
Our doors are open to all who seek to worship, learn and serve the community.
Services at Mogen David are a learning experience. During the services, members of the Minyan are encouraged to raise their hand if they have a question regarding the structure of the service, the meaning of a prayer, the interpretation of the Torah portion or a comment regarding the practice of Judaism.
Our goal is to broaden the understanding of Judaism and through better understanding, establish each individual’s relationship with G-d. Join us to experience our interactive service. Come learn with us.
Mincha Erev Shabbat at 6:30 PM.
Shacharit Shabbat at 8:45 AM.
SEPHARDIC MINYAN
The Sephardic Minyan is the talk on Pico corridor. With its spiritual leader Rabbi Yehuda Moses and Associate Rabbi Michael Abraham, it has grown to be the largest Sephardic Minyan on Pico Boulevard.
Tefilot are conducted to the minhag of Edut Hamizrach and the minyan includes members from a variety of cultures all praying together in a show of achdut rarely seen anywhere outside of Israel.
The minyan and kollel provide everyone who attends with a warm and inviting atmosphere making it their home away from home. The minyan offers an excellent youth program that caters to all the children in a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
